Eligibility and process
Returns are accepted when the saree is in its original, unworn condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Each garment is inspected in its folded state on receipt.
Please keep the saree in its original packaging and send it back to our Kochi dispatch address. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Contact us first so we can confirm the return details before you ship the parcel.
