Orders are dispatched from Kochi, Kerala, with standard domestic carriers across India. Here is what to expect for delivery and tracking.

Every parcel leaves our Kochi facility with a standard domestic carrier.

Once your parcel leaves the facility, your order receives an automated tracking identifier so you can follow its progress with the carrier. Delivery times depend on your destination within India and the carrier's routing.

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with photographs of the packaging and contents so we can assist. If you need to change a delivery address, reach out before the parcel is dispatched.
